The Silverado Lodge is located at the base of Park City Mountain, the largest ski area in the United States, which is less than 30 minutes from the Salt Lake City International Airport. Positioned in the heart of the vibrant Canyons Village with skiing, golf, shopping, dining, hiking, and biking all just steps away.

This spacious two-bedroom, three bath, 1,260 sq. ft. condo sleeps 8, is fully furnished and furbished, and ready for use right away. Well-appointed with granite counters, stainless appliances, three gas fireplaces, and a private balcony with mountain views. The versatile, lockout floor plan allows you to rent the entire property or have roommates in individual bedroom suites - each with its own large bathroom and fireplace. A crib and a highchair are available. The Primary Bedroom has a King size bed, a jetted tub, and a separate shower. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Queen size beds and a tub-size shower. The third bathroom has a tub with shower. You will have your own washer and dryer.

The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with new pots and pans, plenty of dishes and utensils as well as an air fryer, toaster and coffee maker.

Rental Rate is $1,200/wk or $3,495 per month until 15 November, 2024, after which the rate will be $4,995/month. The cleaning fee is $200/stay. The rent includes all utilities (gas water, electric, WiFi, Comcast Cable TV, and thrash pick-up)

The Silverado Lodge features secured entry for your safety, year-round amenities, including fitness room, outdoor heated pool, and spa - perfect after a day of outdoor fun. You can park in a secured garage that also features bicycle racks and EV charging stations. The front desk is staffed 24 hours/day in the winter and from 7 AM until 11 PM during the other seasons. The 4-story building has 2 elevators. Park City's Historic Main Street is a quick shuttle or free bus ride away, with stops right in front of the lodge. Great value and opportunity to live in a premiere resort area!

The Canyons Golf Course is on site. The Utah Olympic Park is 1 mile away from the lodge. The Silverado Lodge is within 4 miles of Tanger Outlets Mall and Park City's historic main street. A Kroger (Smith's) grocery store is nearby. You are near 400 miles of hiking and biking trails.

Lift serviced mountain biking is accessible from the Red Pine Gondola, a few blocks from the condo. The 20+ mile Mid-mountain Trail is one of my favorites. You will enjoy beautiful views as you bike at an 8,000 ft. elevation from Canyons to Deer Valley.

Park City Canyons Village is served by two FREE transit companies.
Park City offers a free City Bus. This bus is a great way for everyone to get around town! Download the App- My Stop & select Park City as the town. Or Visit the website to help plan your travel around town: Route 10 stops at the Canyons Village Transit Hub every 15 minutes each way.
High Valley Transit is the free county service. Route 101 stops at the Canyons Village Transit Hub every 15 minutes each way from 6 AM until midnight. This is the best way to go to Deer Valley.

A free shuttle bus stops at the front door of the Silverado Lodge about every 15 minutes from 6:05 am to midnight, 7 days a week, and brings you in 4 minutes to the transit hub near the 7-Eleven at the bottom of the cabriolet, from where you can take busses into Park City or to Kimball Junction or the shuttle will drop you off in 4 minutes at the base of the Canyons ski resort (Village Center/The Forum stop).
If your destination is not on the bus route, then you can possibly use the free ride-sharing service:
