Spacious fenced backyard, Pretty owner's suite with ensuite bath, separate shower, bath tub, double sinks and large walkin closet. The other 2 guest bedrooms with a shared bath upstairs. Superb location with proximity of less than 5-10 mn from major highways such as Tollway, Bush 190, 121 and 75 central expressway, Whole Foods, Trader's Joe, Costco, Sam's and the new HEB opening in December 2022. Medical city and Plano Presbyterian less than 10mn away. King size bed in Master suite, Queen bed in one guest bedroom and 2 twin beds in the 3rd BR. Property can accommodate 7-8 people.
