- Size of the beds: Full size (Sleeps two adults comfortably, standard mattress size for most NYC rooms)

- Parking: Parallel street parking, first come first serve. The average time prior guests have spent searching for parking varies from 5-15 min. Often times during busy hours, guests could find themselves parking 1-2 blocks away. The neighborhood is one of the safest in all of NYC.

- Early Check-ins, Late Check-outs: Unfortunately we cannot accommodate early or late guest transitions. Most of the time we have guests checking in and out on the same date, and we must allow time for our cleaning staff to ensure a a seamless checkout for our departing guests and a pristine experience for our arrivals. However, we do offer luggage storage during the hours of transition.

- Refunds and Cancellations: We understand plans change. Refunds will be handled on a case by case basis depending on the circumstances.
