Rate includes all utilities, high-speed internet, full use of entire grounds. Pet max weight for indoor pets is 65lbs. Anything exceeding that will have to stay outside in the underneath porch. Max. 2 pets. Please be responsible in cleaning/picking up after your pet. The deposit is REFUNDABLE and allocated within 7 business days of check out if no extensive damages and extra cleanup is needed. Payments must be made at the 30 day mark from check in. For example, If you check in on the 15th of April the next payment will be made on the15th of May. Payments can be made earlier from deadline but if payments are made after deadline $150 fee is applied for each day after. We will ask you leave the premises after day 4.

This cute and cozy fully furnished 2 bedroom and 1 bath home sits on a 1/2 acre of open land! It's beautifully maintained and located near Lake Allatoona and the largest gas station and convenience store Buck-ee's!! Not to mention having easy access to the historical district that includes adventure, history and arts and within 5 miles of several textile and construction headquarters. You'll have full access to the grounds that includes the expansive backyard, the covered front and back porch that is smoker friendly and the underneath porch where the bbq pit is set up and extra bathroom in the basement. Our cleaners come monthly to ensure a clean and comfortable stay. Plenty of land for your fur babies to run and play. The area is quiet and extremely safe location. There are automatic lights that turn on around the outside of the house each night if you wanted to go on a late night stroll. Our offices are open to you 24/7 while you are at the property via call, text or email. We look forward to hosting your stay!
