You'll have off-street parking for 2 cars. You're less than 2 miles to I 205 and 15-20 minutes to PDX airport or to downtown Portland. Utilities and high-speed internet are included, as well as lawn and landscaping maintenance. Owner/managers live on site in the upper unit and are sensitive to your privacy and available to meet your needs. 4 people maximum occupancy.
