Outdoor Amenities:
Enjoy the luxury of a heated pool. Heaters works through Heat Exchange and will not work in very cold weather. The pool heat oscillates between 70-85+ degrees depending on weather conditions. The pool temperature can go up 15 degrees above the environment temperature.
To keep our daily rate competitive, we charge a $30 fee/night to heat the pool. It takes 24-48 hours to heat the pool to a desired temperature-- you must request this feature in advance/before check in. Our licensed pool maintenance company visits every Thursday to check the pool levels, heat functionality & maintain regulated sanitation levels. Weekly visits are mandatory. The pool pump runs from 8am-8pm. You may hear the pump activate. This property has a pool that does not include a 4-sided isolation fence so added supervision is necessary.
