Rent is due on the first day of the month. A late fee of $125 will be accessed if payment is not received by the 10th of the month. We do not accept partial payments. Any payments declined by your bank/credit card company will incur an additional $50 processing fee.

3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Waterfront home with private floating U-dock

This perfect vacation home is fully equipped to be your home away from home. First, there are stunning waterfront views and a vacation-ready layout for up to 6 guests. Opting for clean and uncluttered energy. You'll find this property is equipped for the most discerning guests. The kitchen is furnished with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and of course, all you need for coffee/espresso/latte or Tea each morning! Enjoy your meals together around the dining room table or have dinner on the back patio for an epic view of the Delta. Mix a cocktail at our "Happy Hour" spirits bar and toast to the paradise that is life on the water.

The home colors are warm and vibrant and comfort is the standard. The multitude of windows floods the space with natural light and views of the Delta which can be seen from the Master Suite, Family, and Dining rooms.

With 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, there's space to accommodate 6 adults. All 3 bedrooms are on the second level of the home. The Master Suite features a comfortable queen bed with a hypo-allergenic Down Comforter, an ensuite bath with a large shower, and a walk-in closet. The Master Suite has a private patio where you can sip your morning coffee overlooking the water!

The second bedroom offers a queen bed and the third, a twin bed with a pull-out trundle. These two bedrooms share a large hall bath. Each bedroom is equipped with an HD TV and live streaming hosted by Roku. We will provide Eco-friendly towels!

The outdoor amenities are equally as spectacular! Fish right from the private floating U-dock or just lounge on the comfy patio while sipping on a cold or hot treat. There's even a wood-burning fire pit with 4 Adirondack chairs to enjoy a brilliant constellation from the backyard.

If you are bringing the little ones, let us know we will set out the toy chest with gender-friendly toys and the activity table with 2 chairs. Upon request, we can provide a booster seat and toddler sleeping cots (weight capacity 75 lbs ). In addition, we provide at no extra charge, toddler plates, bowls, cups, and utensils.

During your visit feel free to enjoy the television, board games, books, popcorn, Starbucks or Pete's coffee and tea, condiments, paddle boards, kayaks, fishing rods, and life vests.

BOAT LAUNCH: Are you bringing your own boat? If so, there is a boat launch less than 1 minute away from the property. The Sugar Barge Marina is located at 1440 Sugar Barge Road, Bethel Island, CA 800-795-4100. $15 to self-launch or $25 for valet launching.

The beautiful 15,000-square-foot Island Camp serves as the epicenter of social life here in Bethel Island. A place to go for everything from sunrise yoga to a sunset fish fry. And the Island Camp’s central location on the main lagoon makes it easily accessible.

THE CLUB ROOM: The gorgeous vaulted ceilings of the Club Room and the views over the water to Mount Diablo make it the perfect gathering area. Picture yourself enjoying next year’s Super Bowl on the giant TV wall or wagering on a friendly game of pool. There are also plenty of comfy corners to curl up with a book or swap stories with family & friends.

THE SWIM COMPLEX: The Camp’s main sparkling pool is suited for swimming laps or just splashing around with the kids. Little ones will enjoy the toddler pool, while adults can recharge in the hot tub or kick back in the cabanas and lounges that surround the main pool. Changing rooms, showers, and lockers are available for your convenience.

THE GAME PAVILION: The Game Pavilion is the ultimate indoor-outdoor fun zone complete with pool tables, ping-pong, bag toss, a wide range of family table games, and an epic view of the lagoon. The Game Pavilion is also home to a commercial event kitchen available to our guests for parties and festivities and gas BBQs with a gorgeous view overlooking the lagoon.
