The unit requires a Security Deposit of $1,000.00 and a monthly rental amount of $2600.00. Optionally, the unit may be obtained for $700.00 weekly or $120.00 daily. There is a one-time cleaning fee of $125.00, and additional cleanings may be requested at the same fee during the stay if desired. Pets are negotiable, and there is a non-refundable pet fee of $150. Any additional expenses incurred due to pets staying at the residence will be taken from the Security Deposit. The one-time application fee of $43.00 is due prior to granting access to the property. ACH, Check, Money Order, Venmo, and Zelle are all acceptable forms of payment. Credit cards may be accepted if renter assumes merchant fees.
